Sit comfortably, and place one hand on your tummy and another on your chest.

Follow the green line. Take a deep breath until the line reaches one end, and let the air out when it reaches the other.

Make sure that the hand that moves is the one on the tummy, and try to keep the hand on your chest still.

If you start to get dizzy, don’t worry! It is normal, just stop doing the exercise for a couple of minutes until you feel all better.
